About the role We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our growing team at First Unitex Tyre Retreading Sdn Bhd . In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our brand presence, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across Malaysia’s tyre retreading market. What you'll be doing Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Provide product training, demonstrations, and updates to both existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research and evaluate consumer needs to support strategic market expansion. Monitor customer account balances and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments. Deliver consistent after-sales service and support to maintain client satisfaction. Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally. Execute marketing and business development activities to meet or exceed company targets. Assist in various ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management. What we're looking for Minimum Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficient in Mandarin , English , and Malay (spoken and written) – Mandarin proficiency is essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients. At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.
