Job Description Analyze business requirements and design scalable customs solutions aligned with operational workflows, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks. Develop system requirements for customs applications or modules, including automation enhancements, EDI integration, and data validation logic. Lead solution testing, pilot programs, and implementation across multiple markets or business units. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. 3 - 5 years of experience in customs, international logistics, trade compliance, or related fields. Good knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures. Experience in customs solutions, process improvement, or project management is preferred. Good command of English and strong communication skills. Chinese language skills are an advantage. Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00–18:00 Work Location: Suvarnabhumi Airport
