I. Job Summary This role is responsible for executing planned sales and marketing strategies to support the organisation’s commitments towards serving the farmers in the local community. The candidate has good interpersonal skills that will help in maintaining a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders. II. Roles and Responsibilities Drives the business in the assigned region by developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and key players in the value-chain. Expand business in the assigned region by identifying opportunities and evaluating current market position. Oversee product development efforts and product pipeline of the business. Achieve committed sales budget targets while maintaining timely collection of payments. Provide accurate market information on demands and trends in the assigned region. Coordinate and organise marketing and promotional activities in the assigned region. Support customers on questions about product specifications and best cultivation practices. Work effectively with other team members including supporting junior team members with questions on technical and procedural issues. Prepare and submit reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. III. Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience , Skills) Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Sciences, or equivalent work experience 3 - 4 years of experience in sales and/or agriculture business; Candidates with sales experience in other industries are welcome to apply Ability to communicate with all levels in Malay and Mandarin; English preferable Good communication and negotiation skills Willing to travel frequently within and across region Possess a local driving license
