What We Are Looking For We are seeking a passionate, attentive, and certified Pilates Instructor who thrives in an intimate setting. If you love coaching beyond just shouting cues, value real relationships with clients, and have a sharp eye for alignment and tactile/verbal adjustments, you will love our community. Core Responsibilities Lead high-quality, intimate semi-private Reformer classes (maximum 4 students). Engage in active, two-way communication with clients to understand their bodies and goals. Provide precise tactile and verbal adjustments to ensure safe, effective movement. Maintain a warm, supportive environment that feels like a safe space for all bodies. Light studio duties including resetting and sanitizing the 4 reformers between sessions.
