Business Development Analyst

Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations that drive business performance and sustainable growth. Develop budgets, forecasts, management reports, and performance dashboards to support business planning and decision-making. Analyze financial results, business performance, and key business drivers to identify opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiatives. Conduct business feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment analysis to evaluate business opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Perform market research, competitor analysis, and commercial assessments to identify growth opportunities and emerging market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, business transformation, and corporate investment projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Investment, Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, or related fields. Experience in business feasibility studies, financial modeling, investment analysis, or business case development will be an advantage. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, business performance management, and financial statements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Good command of both written and spoken English. Experience in FMCG, diversified businesses, or organizations with multiple business units will be considered an advantage.
