About the role Songcheng Holding Thailand is seeking a Human Resources Manager (Chinese-speaking) to join our team in Chachoengsao on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our Human Resources department, responsible for overseeing human resources operations and driving organisational effectiveness. The role plays a pivotal part in supporting our company's growth and success by managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with senior management to ensure our workforce is engaged, developed, and aligned with our company objectives. Key responsibilities Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees Manage employee relations and handle HR inquiries, concerns, and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Thai labour laws and regulations Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programmes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Conduct performance management activities, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development planning Provide HR support to Chinese-speaking employees and facilitate communication between international and local staff Organise training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics and analytics Ensure compliance with employment legislation and support the organisation in maintaining high standards of HR governance Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning initiatives What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources management role, preferably in a multinational or Chinese-owned organisation Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all organisational levels Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Professional certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent qualification is preferred Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or entertainment industries is advantageous What we offer At Songcheng Holding Thailand, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where our employees can thrive.
