Key Accountability Areas Conduct user research, competitor analysis and usability testing to understand user behaviors, pain points and opportunities. Create user journeys, personas, task flows, information architecture and interaction models. Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity user interfaces that align with business objectives and user needs. Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries and UX standards. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers to ensure a consistent user experience across products. Measure and improve user experience through analytics, usability testing and customer feedback. Ensure products meet accessibility, responsiveness and usability standards. Job Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements, user needs and product objectives. Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing and customer feedback sessions. Create user personas, user journeys, customer experience maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs. Design responsive experiences for Desktop, Web and Mobile platforms. Collaborate with Product, Engineering and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and assist in design estimation and planning. Develop and maintain design systems and UX guidelines. Use data, analytics and user feedback to continuously improve user experience. Stay up to date with UX methodologies, design trends and gaming/sports betting industry best practices. Portfolio Requirement · Figma portfolio. · UX case studies showing design process. · User research examples. · Wireframes and prototypes. · Final UI designs. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities · User Research, User Interviews, Usability Testing. · Information Architecture, User Journey Mapping, Customer Experience Design. · Interaction Design and Human Computer Interaction (HCI). · Wireframing, Prototyping, Visual Design and Responsive Design. · Design Systems, Accessibility Design and Mobile-First Design. · Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and Miro. · Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, .NET and Ajax is an advantage. · Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills. · Attention to detail and ability to work in Agile environments.
