Project Manager - Digital Business Group (Business Analst)

Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects within Product and Service Development. Analyze business requirements, design and optimize business processes, and ensure successful project delivery by aligning business objectives, operational workflows, and technology solutions.‌ Responsibilities : Requirement Gathering & Analysis Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and define project objectives. Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements. Process Design & Optimization Design and improve As-Is and To-Be workflows, business processes, and user journeys. Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and improve efficiency. Project Planning & Management Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. Track project scope, dependencies, and resource requirements. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate and collaborate with business teams, IT teams, developers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders. Facilitate discussions to align requirements, priorities, and project expectations. Documentation Prepare and maintain project documents, process flows, workflow diagrams, meeting minutes, functional specifications, and related materials. Project Reporting Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and key insights to management and stakeholders. Monitor project outcomes and recommend improvements where appropriate. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, system analysis, or digital product development. Experience working with digital platforms, online services, or technology-related projects is a strong advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good personality, collaborative mindset, and a strong can-do attitude.
