Key Responsibilities Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and offboarding for hotel and restaurant operations. Ensure full compliance with Swiss labor laws, employment regulations, payroll, social security, immigration requirements, and company HR policies. Partner with business and operational leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. Oversee payroll, employee benefits, employment contracts, work permits, and HR administration in collaboration with external service providers. Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employment legislation. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and best practices to support operational excellence and business growth. Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, legal advisors, payroll providers, recruitment agencies, and other external stakeholders. Analyze HR data and workforce trends to provide strategic recommendations that enhance organizational performance and employee experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotel and restaurant). Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, employment regulations, payroll, social security, and immigration requirements. Proven experience supporting hotel and restaurant operations or multi-unit hospitality businesses. Fluent in German and English , both written and spoken. Strong leadership, business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
