Key Responsibilities Define the use of SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise operational monitoring and governance. Design monitoring approaches covering application, integration, job, and business process monitoring. Provide recommendations for alerts, event visibility, health monitoring, and operational controls. Define how SAP Cloud ALM should support transport and change oversight . Provide visibility and governance recommendations for SAP Cloud Transport Management . Assess change and deployment governance across SAP BTP and S/4HANA environments. Support operational readiness for CI/CD-enabled delivery flows , including monitoring, visibility, and support considerations. Define recommendations for security monitoring, logging, and alerting. Provide guidance on SIEM integration considerations and post-go-live operational security controls. Define how SAP Cloud ALM should support SAP BTP-related operations and relevant BTP services. Support operational oversight involving SAP services such as SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) . Support go-live and post-go-live readiness aligned with RISE with SAP and SAP best practices. Assess the current operational environment and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Work closely with architects, technical teams, product teams, security stakeholders, and operational teams. Requirements Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Cloud ALM . Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM capabilities covering: Health Monitoring Implementation Application Monitoring Integration Monitoring Job Monitoring Business Process Monitoring Alerting and operational visibility Experience with RISE with SAP and SAP best-practice operating models. Knowledge of SAP BTP operational support and relevant BTP services. Experience with transport and change visibility, including SAP Cloud Transport Management . Understanding of CI/CD-enabled SAP delivery flows and operational readiness. Good understanding of security monitoring, logging, and alerting. Knowledge of SIEM integration considerations and post-go-live operational controls. Experience supporting SAP go-live and post-go-live operational readiness. Ability to assess current-state capabilities and provide best-practice recommendations. Ability to identify operational gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
