Safety Assistant Manager

Job Detail Review and propose measures to ensure company compliance with environmental, health, safety, and security (EHSS) governmental regulations. Act as a consultant to relevant departments on EHSS matters. Implement EHSS programs, including analysis, problem-solving, and corrective and preventive action plans. Conduct EHSS audits across all departments to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Design, manage, and control the EHSS budget. Carry out inspections and provide recommendations to Top Management to ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental laws. Ensure effective implementation of the ISPS Code within terminal operations. Support headquarters-led EHSS initiatives and activities. Conduct safety promotion programs, safety campaigns, and activities to enhance safety awareness. Establish, implement, and continuously improve EHSS management practices in the workplace. Recommend, develop, and deliver EHSS training programs to ensure staff knowledge and compliance with EHSS requirements. Analyze accident statistics, define performance targets, and monitor progress toward achieving established goals. Establish, maintain, and implement the HSSE Management System (HSSE-MS) and ISO 45001. Oversee operations for both the Laem Chabang and Lat Krabang offices. Qualification Bachelor Degree in Occupation Health and Safety or related field. Minimum 4-5 years working experience in Safety, Occupation Health & Environment supervisor level up. Ability to explain and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and experience required to effectively perform essential Health, Safety, and Security (HSS) functions. Strong analytical skills for numerical and accident data. Experience in report writing and delivering EHSS-related training. Competency in Microsoft Office and related IT Tool and systems. Working knowledge of ISPS Code and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001. Good command of written and spoken English.
