Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a regional project professional to contribute to an APAC member engagement transformation initiative. Working closely with business stakeholders, local markets, and technology teams, you will gather and consolidate requirements, define localization needs, and participate in the planning and implementation of a new customer engagement platform. Responsibilities Contribute to the APAC customer engagement transformation initiative. Partner with regional and local market stakeholders to gather, analyze, and consolidate business requirements. Identify localization requirements and facilitate market adaptation across APAC. Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams. Participate in platform assessment, solution planning, and implementation activities. Coordinate with global, regional, and technical teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Management, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical discussions and implementation plans. Proactive, thorough, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Fluent in English; Cantonese is an advantage. Experience in CRM, customer engagement, digital transformation, or related initiatives is preferred. Prior experience in the retail industry is required.
