Supervisor (Order Management) – Japanese Speaking

We are looking for a Supervisor (Order Management) – Japanese Speaking to join our team. What you'll be doing? Lead and supervise the team to achieve KPI targets Monitor order performance, analyze root causes, and recommend improvement measures. Prepare reports for Headquarters and participate in process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholder, providing effective logistics solutions and professional customer support. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements Degree holder Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service or related fields, with supervisory experience is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in KPI monitoring and reporting. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point) How you will be supported?
