This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and effective administrative support for daily business operations. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle administration and HR documentation Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and statutory requirements Support workforce planning and recruitment activities Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Handle compensation and benefits processes Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance Follow the approval procedures to coordinate payroll arrangements Support salary and bonus processes in alignment with company practices Employee Relations & Performance Support performance management processes (KPI / appraisal cycles) Promote positive employee engagement and workplace practices Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary issues and grievance handling HR Reporting & Data Management Maintain HR records, employee files and HRIS data accuracy Prepare HR reports including annual wages, headcount, turnover, attendance and workforce data Support reporting requirements for management and HQ Team Leadership & Office Administration Lead and manage 1 junior HR/Admin staff, including task delegation, guidance and performance monitoring Provide coaching and ensure quality and efficiency of HR and administrative work Oversee office administration, including facilities, procurement, vendor coordination and daily operations Ensure a well-organized, efficient and compliant office environment Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field 7-10 years of HR experience in Thailand (full-spectrum HR) Strong knowledge of Thai labour law Experience in payroll and employee relations Experience managing or guiding junior staff Good command of English Nice to have Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations Experience handling both HR and administrative functions What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Hands-on and practical Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong in organizing and execution Responsible and reliable Comfortable managing both HR and administrative responsibilities This role offers exposure to regional HR practices and the potential to grow into a broader role in the future, while maintaining a practical and balanced working environment.
