We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our carpet manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing factory workers, monitoring production output, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication on the production floor. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production lines (tufting, weaving, rolling, backing, cutting, and finishing operations). Assign daily tasks to factory workers, set shift targets, and monitor overall workflow efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to product quality standards, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Act as a bridge between management and factory staff to ensure clear policy and target communication. Monitor raw material usage, raw material inventory, and reduce operational waste on the floor. Prepare daily/weekly attendance logs, performance records, and production output reports. Troubleshoot basic line disruptions, machine downtime, or workflow bottlenecks. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing/factory environment (Experience in textiles, garments, or carpet production is an advantage). Language Proficiency: Thai: Fluent / Excellent command in spoken and written (Essential for local coordination). English: Good command in spoken and written (For reporting to management and administrative communication). Burmese: Conversational / Basic to Fair level (Crucial for managing and communicating with Myanmar factory workers). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills on the floor. Ability to work in shifts and manage workforce attendance effectively. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, or internal ERP logs).
