About the role This exciting HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) role at PT. OPTICTIMES TEKNOLOGI Philippines' offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting the company's growth and development. As a strategic HR partner, you will work closely with the business to provide innovative HR solutions and drive positive employee experiences. The role is based in Manila and is a full-time position. NOTE: Madarin speaking will be a Plus What you'll be doing Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support Collaborate with the business to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop tailored HR strategies Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning and development Lead HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support the company's goals Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture Ensure compliance with all relevant HR-related laws, regulations, and internal policies Partner with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and service delivery What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or business partnering capacity Strong understanding of HR best practices, Philippine labour law , and talent management principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels Proven track record of delivering successful HR initiatives that have had a positive impact on the business Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making Passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field What we offer At PT.
