Key Responsibilities : Checking import documentation correctly and liaise with the related parties for shipment delivered. Coordinating with outsourced shipping agent (and freight forwarder) for timely customs clearance and an evidence / supporting documents for a claim of damaged goods. Coordinating with Marketing and Warehouse regarding a receipt of inbound shipment. Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing and maintaining import records. Handling special projects as assigned by Procurement and Inventory Manager. Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field. Minimum 2-year experience in administrative tasks relating to inbound logistics. Positive attitude “Can Do”, energetic and be able to work independently. Good personality, communication and negotiation skills. Good hands-on on Microsoft Excel is plus. Fair command in written and spoken English.
