職位 （一）兼职信息科技/商科教学辅导老師-Education Supervisor 1：商科類-Business Administration Major related 2: 信息科技類- Information Technology Major related 工作性質: 兼職Part-Time 招聘人數：2名 工作地點：香港尖东华懋广场 （1） 工作職責 Responsibilities 1. 統籌教學管理工作，進行日常教師管理、教師選培等； Teaching management, teacher selection and training, etc.; 2. 統籌教學管理標準化流程，包括教學設計、課程體系、教學管理體系、教師發展體系、學生成長體係等； The unified process of teaching management such as teaching, curriculum design, teaching management , and student learning . 3. 對學員學習期間的學習提醒、跟踪等相關學習管理； Peer-to-peer attention and management in students' learning progress 4. 作业辅导 计算机学科教学: 信息科技基础, 计算机及数字文学 商科學科教學: 如會計學、市場學、管理學，金融會計，統計學, 商业经济学, 宏观经济学, 投资学等商業科學學科 Prefer teaching experience in related disciplines, such as Information Technology,IT and Digital Literacy Fundamentalsaccounting,marketing, management, statistics，financial accounting,Investments and portfolio, economics and other business related disciplines. （2）職位要求 Job requirements 1. 本科或研究生以上學歷，要求商業科學專業背景，有教育行業教學從業背景者優先考慮 Undergraduate or postgraduate degree or above, business background is required, and those with a teaching background in the education industry are preferred 2. 性格外向開朗，善於溝通，有團隊協作意識和團隊精神 Outgoing and cheerful personality, good at communication, teamwork awareness and spirit. 3. 良好的溝通協調能力，優秀的客戶服務意識和目標追踪感 Good communication and coordination skills, excellent customer service awareness and sense of goal tracking. 4. 熱愛 教育行業 ，綜合素質較高，有高度的責任心 Have passion in the education industry, with high overall quality, and sense of responsibility. 5. 普通話及英文 表達流利，高才通人士優先考慮 Fluent in Mandarin and English, Top Talent Pass Scheme is preferred. 6. 持有教师资格证/教师牌 優先考慮 Holders of teaching certificate/teaching license are preferred. （3）工作職責 Responsibilities 1. 負責大陸來港就讀副學士一年级及二年级同學，課程同步教學、補習、答疑 Responsible for the first-year associate degree students from the mainland who come to Hong Kong, course teaching, tutoring, and answering questions. 2. 小班授課，講練結合，定期做練習題，跟踪學生學習進度和學習成績 Small class teaching, combined lecture and practice, regular practice questions, tracking students' learning progress and academic performance. 3. 定期進行小測試及考核 Regular quizzes and assessments. 4. 作業修改與指導，引導學生增加對所學專業的理解和認知，考前知識總結與復習 Homework revision and guidance, guide students to increase their understanding and cognition of the major they are studying, and summarize and review knowledge before the exam (4）薪酬福利 Benefits 薪资：300-500 HKD/Hour （Part-time） 根据带课数量及教学经验而定 (5）招聘安排 申請者請電郵CV履歷、日間聯絡電話和要求待遇，申請時請註明應徵職位名稱
