Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or program administration, preferably within Human Resources, People & Culture, or a similar corporate environment Experience using Jira and preferably Confluence or other collaboration and project management tools to support project planning, tracking, and reporting Exposure to Human Resources or People & Culture programs, including performance management, remuneration, employee engagement, organizational change, or organizational design, is highly desirable Experience supporting Agile ways of working, including squads, stand-ups, retrospectives, and Kanban boards, is an advantage Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline are desirable but not mandatory with equivalent professional experience Technical Competencies Demonstrate strong project coordination and delivery support skills, including scheduling, RAID management, status reporting, and action tracking across multiple workstreams Use Jira and preferably Confluence or similar collaboration tools to set up, maintain, and report on program and project plans Apply working knowledge of People & Culture cyclical programs, including performance management, remuneration, commitments, organizational change, and employee engagement initiatives Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, showcases, and planning sessions, in a structured and outcome-focused manner Prepare and maintain clear program documentation, project artifacts, visual dashboards, and communications with exceptional organization and attention to detail Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end delivery routines for People & Culture programs, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and other core project cadences Set up, maintain, and track program and project plans in Jira, ensuring tasks, dependencies, and milestones remain accurate and up to date Support the planning and execution of key People & Culture cyclical programs, including Performance Cycle, Remuneration Review, and Commitments Coordinate cross-functional inputs, communications, and timelines across multiple People & Culture Centers of Expertise to ensure timely delivery of milestones Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, RAID logs, status reports, decision registers, and action lists Support organizational restructuring and change initiatives through logistics, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up on agreed actions Contribute to People & Culture PMO governance by maintaining standards, templates, records, and reporting rhythms Organize and maintain program roadmaps, dashboards, planning boards, and other visual management tools to improve transparency of work in progress and upcoming priorities Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Employee Experience and People & Culture PMO team, including meeting coordination, minutes, and document management Identify and escalate delivery risks, issues, and interdependencies while supporting project leads and stakeholders in resolving delivery challenges About the Client Our client is a globally recognized digital property technology leader that has transformed how millions of people discover, buy, rent, and manage real estate.
