With 8+ years of experience, you will lead the positioning, launch strategy, and lifecycle marketing of high-profile entertainment projects, digital platforms, and media products across the group’s ecosystem. Operating within one of Asia's largest conglomerates, this role requires a master of matrix navigation. You will be responsible for driving successful entertainment content initiatives that build brand equity and user engagement, seamlessly working across a complex organizational structure with multiple affiliates, business units, and evolving processes. Key Responsibilities 🎯 Entertainment & Platform Marketing Strategy 360° Content Campaigns: Conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for original entertainment content, digital media products, and platform-based initiatives. Ecosystem Synergy: Leverage CP Group’s massive cross-industry footprint (Retail, Telecom, Digital, and Food networks) to maximize content distribution, visibility, and commercial touchpoints. Performance Marketing: Establish and track clear KPIs (viewership, user acquisition, digital engagement, and ROI), optimizing campaign tactics using data-driven insights. 🔀 Matrix Management & Process Engineering Complex Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between Content Production, Creative Agencies, Corporate Communications, Legal, and various CP Group business units. Thriving in Ambiguity: Proactively build framework models, establish workflows, and streamline operational processes where guidelines across corporate structures are undefined or fast-moving. External Partner & Talent Management: Oversee relationships with production houses, creative agencies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and entertainment talent. ⚡ Innovation & Trend Leadership Cultural Relevance: Stay ahead of regional and global entertainment trends, streaming behaviors, and platform algorithm shifts to keep content strategies highly competitive. Next-Gen Media: Explore innovative digital formats, short-form video strategies, and interactive platform experiences to capture target audience segments. Qualifications & Skills 🧰 Required Experience 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in marketing leadership roles within entertainment studios, streaming platforms, digital media conglomerates, or major agency environments. Entertainment Portfolio: Direct experience launching large-scale entertainment projects, IP franchises, digital platform products, or localized content campaigns. Conglomerate Experience: Demonstrated success navigating large, multi-tiered corporate environments (experience within Thai matrix organizations or global conglomerates is highly preferred). 🧠 Core Competencies High Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable managing ambiguity, managing shifting timelines, and establishing structure out of complex operational environments. Strategic & Diplomatic Communicator: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai, with a proven ability to influence senior executives and align creative teams.
