Role: Specialist Engineering, Corporate Real Estate Technology Required Technical Skill Set: Full Stack Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, ReactJS, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, RESTful APIs, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Copilot, OpenClaw Desired Experience Range: 8-10 years Job Location: Hong Kong Must have: Full Stack engineering experience across ReactJS, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET and RESTful APIs. Hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation using GitHub, Jenkins and Ansible. Experience supporting and maintaining production applications in an enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum. Ability to review, validate and ensure software code quality, security and maintainability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Experience using AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot and OpenClaw. Good to have: Experience in enterprise application support and operations. Familiarity with software development lifecycle best practices. Knowledge of enterprise security, risk and compliance requirements in a regulated environment. Proactive approach to automation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across regions and time zones. Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role Support customer-developed and vendor-managed applications within the Corporate Real Estate Technology portfolio. Leverage AI tools to accelerate solution design, prototyping and software development activities. Diagnose, troubleshoot, test and resolve application issues and production defects. Design, build and maintain automated testing and deployment pipelines using DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Ansible. Ensure compliance with customer technology governance, cloud usage policies and security standards. Collaborate with vendor-managed service providers, technical delivery teams and Corporate Real Estate stakeholders to deliver technology-driven business value. Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of The Role: Hands-on Full Stack Engineering role supporting customer’s Corporate Real Estate Technology portfolio. Opportunity to work across both customer-developed and vendor-managed applications in an enterprise technology environment. Strong focus on automation, DevOps, continuous improvement and AI-enabled software engineering. Details of The Project: Customer is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to support applications within the Corporate Real Estate Technology portfolio. The role will cover application development, production support, issue resolution, automated testing and deployment pipeline maintenance. The successful candidate will work with technical delivery teams, vendor-managed service providers and Corporate Real Estate stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable and business-aligned technology solutions.
