IT Innovation Specialist

Job Purpose We are looking for a creative, curious, and proactive technology innovator who enjoys exploring new ideas, experimenting with emerging technologies, and turning possibilities into real solutions. This role is not primarily a Project Management position. The focus is on innovation, experimentation, prototyping, and creating new technology solutions that can generate value for the business. The ideal candidate is willing to challenge existing ways of working, initiate new ideas, learn quickly, experiment, and build. Key Responsibilities 1. Explore & Initiate Continuously explore emerging technologies, especially AI, Automation, Data and Digital Technologies . Proactively identify new technology opportunities without waiting for assigned projects. Generate and propose new ideas that could improve customer experience, operations, productivity, or business opportunities. Challenge existing processes and explore better ways of working through technology. 2. Prototype & Experiment Turn ideas into practical prototypes or working solutions. Experiment rapidly with new technologies, platforms, APIs and AI tools. Test assumptions, learn from failures, improve quickly and demonstrate tangible results. Build simple working solutions to prove whether an idea can create value. 3. AI & Automation Innovation Explore practical applications of AI, Generative AI and Automation. Develop AI use cases together with Business and Technology teams. Experiment with AI Agents, LLMs, workflow automation and other emerging capabilities. Identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual work or create new capabilities. 4. Co-create with Business & Technology Work directly with Business and Technology teams to discover problems worth solving. Facilitate brainstorming, ideation and experimentation sessions. Translate business challenges into innovative technology concepts. Collaborate with Software, Data, Infrastructure, Security and external technology partners when needed. 5. Technology Radar & Innovation Pipeline Monitor technology trends, startups, new products and emerging platforms. Evaluate technologies based on business value, feasibility, scalability and potential impact. Maintain an Innovation Pipeline: Idea → Experiment → POC → Pilot → Scale . Share new technology trends and practical use cases with the organization. What We Are Looking For We value mindset and potential , not only years of experience. Preferred Background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Digital Technology, Data, or related fields. 1–5 years of experience , or outstanding fresh graduates with strong technology portfolios may be considered. Experience with AI, Automation, Software Development, Data, or Digital Products is an advantage. Personal projects, prototypes, hackathons, AI experiments, or technology portfolios are highly valued. Experience in startup, fast-paced, or high-growth environments is preferred. Strong hands-on and builder mindset , with the ability to independently develop and turn ideas into working prototypes and early-stage solutions . Self-driven, curious, and comfortable with rapid experimentation, emerging technologies, and AI tools . Good working proficiency in spoken and written English . Gaming, Digital Platform, or Consumer Technology experience is a plus.
