Due to continued business growth, they are looking for a Quality Control Manager to strengthen their quality function. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Quality Control Manager position. Your Role Oversee product quality activities across suppliers and manufacturing partners in Asia and other regions Coordinate product inspections and ensure quality standards are met before shipment Review inspection results and drive corrective actions with suppliers Monitor supplier performance and support continuous quality improvement initiatives Work closely with Product Development, Procurement, and Customer Service teams on product quality requirements Investigate product quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvement plans Support supplier audits, compliance reviews, and third-party inspections Analyse quality data and prepare reports on performance, trends, and risk areas Handle customer complaints and lead resolution plans with internal and external stakeholders What you'll need to succeed Degree holder in Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related disciplines Minimum 7 years of quality assurance or quality control experience Exposure to bags, gifts & premiums, accessories, cosmetics, packaging, or consumer products is preferred Good understanding of supplier quality management, product inspections, and AQL standards Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word Proactive, detail-minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Willing to travel when required What you'll get in return Join a reputable international business with a global footprint Exposure to well-known airline and premium lifestyle brands Collaborative and multicultural working environment Regional and international project exposure Excellent career development opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to Iris.huang@hays.com.hk .
