Senior Accounting and Finance (Chinese Speaking)

About the role China Construction Shenzhen Decoration Co., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Accounting and Finance professional with strong Chinese language capabilities to join our Sathon Bangkok office on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role that plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making across our operations. You will serve as a key member of our finance team, bridging communication between our Thai operations and our Chinese headquarters, whilst ensuring compliance with both local and international accounting standards. Key Responsibilities · Manage and control the company's payment process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements. · Review accounting documents and supporting documents before payment processing. · Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity. · Prepare weekly and monthly payment plans. · Coordinate with banks regarding financial transactions, banking facilities, and fund transfers. · Prepare and monitor company and project budgets. · Analyze project costs and monitor budget utilization. · Review general ledger transactions and ensure the accuracy of accounting records. · Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing with the accounting team. · Review financial statements and management reports. · Review VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and other tax-related documents. · Coordinate with external accounting firms, auditors, and government authorities. · Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), tax regulations, and internal control procedures. · Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control improvements. · Coordinate financial matters with headquarters, internal departments, and external business partners. · Perform other duties assigned by management. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Required). · Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Control. · Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards (TFRS), VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and financial reporting. · Experience in payment operations, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting. · Experience in coordinating with external accounting firms and auditors. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage. · CPA or CPD registration will be an advantage.
