ESG Associate

Job Description • Analyze potential ESG transactions and drive ESG product business with ESG skills in order to evaluate ESG products across green bonds, social bonds, sustainability bonds, sustainability-linked bonds, and sustainability-linked RCFs • Set qualitative relationships with the different Business Lines and the clients in order to identify and generate business opportunities • Define tailor-made solutions and pitch the sustainable finance product offering and follow-up and monitor this commercialization • Be proactive in proposing new commercial approaches, new structures, new Investment Banking sustainable finance products • Support the Bank’s corporate clients with their sustainable finance operations • Preparing high-quality client presentation and coordinating with internal stakeholders; structuring and executing sustainable finance transactions Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree (If direct sustainability finance filed is highly preferred) • 5+ years working experience in Finance / Banking / Trading Finance and/or Sustainable Finance area • Fair understanding on the climate and sustainability landscape with practical experience and ability to manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience preferred • Ability to diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, develop solutions and effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients with the ESG's highest standard of best practices. • Good presentation skill using appropriate market data with ability to understand the client's business, follow sector and ESG trends
