Job Highlights - Lead and manage 6 members of repair & maintenance team - Take full project ownership and lead end-to end project lifecycle - Act as the central bridge between stakeholders, team members, and client expectations Position Overview We are seeking for the Right Candidate as a professional Project Manager who will be responsible for leading a project from inception to completion. Your role is to organize, plan, and execute tasks while harmonizing teams, managing resources, and ensuring the final deliverables are achieved within specific constraints like time, budget, and scope. Job Requirements • Degree or above in Building Studies / Engineering / Construction Management / Interior Design / Project Management or equivalent • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in local building service or fitting out projects, with at least 2 years in a project lead role • Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager • Immediate availability is highly preferred
