Export Sale officer

Job Responsibilities: Seeking sales opportunities for the assigned territory, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth customer, market and trade analysis through main business partner, implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements. Design and prepare management reports in a clear, visually appealing format, including infographics. Assist in internal and external communication to ensure smooth information flow within the organization. Support company branding and public relations activities, including social media updates and promotional content. Use Canva, PowerPoint, and AI tools to create engaging presentations, reports, and marketing materials. Coordinate with different departments to gather information and develop marketing materials. Maintain and organize marketing documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval. Perform general administrative tasks related to marketing and communication. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing jobs, or business related (new graduates are welcome). Good command of written and spoken English Proficiency in MS. Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with self-initiative Creative mindset with the ability to design reports and presentations in an engaging way. Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and AI-based design or content tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic understanding of marketing concepts and corporate communication. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to new technologies.
