Senior Trading Risk Operations Manager (CFD)

About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Senior Risk Manager to oversee trading risk management, operational controls, and real-time monitoring across our brokerage and trading environment. This role is responsible for ensuring trading stability, managing market and operational risks, and driving effective coordination during critical market events and incidents. The ideal candidate combines strong risk judgment with solid execution capabilities in a fast-paced trading environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee real-time trading activities, including pricing feeds, order execution, liquidity performance, and system stability Monitor client trading behavior, identify high-risk exposure, abnormal trading patterns, and execution anomalies, and take timely action when needed Manage trading risks during volatile market conditions, major economic events, and periods of abnormal market activity Lead the handling of trading-related incidents, including execution issues, liquidity disruptions, and system exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and post-incident review Coordinate closely with internal teams and liquidity providers (LPs) to resolve operational and trading issues and improve execution quality Review trading-related operational activities from a risk and control perspective, escalating suspicious or exceptional cases when necessary Continuously optimize risk controls, monitoring frameworks, escalation procedures, and reporting processes to strengthen overall operational resilience Team management and coaching. Requirements 5+ years or above of experience in trading risk management, dealing, brokerage operations, or related risk control functions Strong understanding of CFD, FX, crypto, or multi-asset trading environments and their associated risk frameworks Solid knowledge of execution, liquidity management, slippage, margin control, and trading operations Strong ownership mindset with the ability to stay hands-on and make sound decisions under pressure Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills Good command of English and Chinese.
