Graduate Trainee - Shipping Department (16 -18K, Central) We are helping our Korean based client to look for a Graduate Trainee (Shipping Department) to join their Hong Kong team. This role will be responsible for shipping and logistics coordination, documentation handling, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely shipment operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations, including import and export shipments Handle full set of shipping documents independently; experience in Letter of Credit (L/C) handling is highly preferred Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution Support and manage VMI-related logistics activities (knowledge in VMI is an advantage) Ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipping documentation and related records Utilize ERP / SAP system for shipment tracking and documentation, where applicable Requirements Some working experience, has experience in shipping, logistics coordination, and international trade documentation is advantage Diploma or above in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred Good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken) Knowledge of SAP system is preferred Detail‑minded, well‑organized, and able to work independently Location : Central Working hours: 8:30-5:30 (Mon-fri) Benefits : 14-month salary, Medical, MPF, Annual Leave
