Accounting Manager Siberian Organic Co., Ltd. — importer and distributor of organic and baby food products in Thailand (retail chains, marketplaces, and our own online store). About the Role Full ownership of the company's accounting and tax operations in Odoo. You'll be responsible for data accuracy, timely reporting, and clean period closes. The role combines day-to-day operational accounting with bringing order to our financial data. Responsibilities Maintain the books in Odoo 19: posting invoices, bank statements, advances, and offsets. Perform bank reconciliation across multiple accounts (KBank, SCB, etc.), including suspense account clean-up and payment status verification. Handle import accounting: product costing with landed costs, customs and logistics expenses, and matching Letters of Credit to goods receipts. Reconcile settlements with marketplaces (Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopee) and retail chains (Tops/Central, Villa Market). Manage VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT): issuing certificates, splitting by counterparty type (individuals vs. juristic persons), and posting to the correct accounts. Confirm auto-generated invoices and oversee AR/AP. Run monthly closes: accruals, balance reconciliation, and period lock. Process payroll and related tax accruals. Prepare monthly and annual filings for the Revenue Department; liaise with the external auditor. Keep master data and chart-of-accounts records clean and consistent. Requirements Degree in Accounting; solid knowledge of Thai accounting and tax law (TFRS, WHT, VAT, RD filings). Experience with an ERP system (Odoo a strong plus). Confident with bank statements, reconciliations, and import-related transactions. Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to close tasks without constant supervision. Thai language required; working-level English. Nice to Have Experience at a company involved in imports / international trade. Familiarity with accounting for marketplace and retail-chain sales. CPD license / experience preparing for audits. Good English for communication with management.
