You will own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for branded textile programs, major airline tenders, and industry exhibitions (e.g., WTCE). This position serves as a strategic bridge between international manufacturers and key internal stakeholders to deliver commercially viable, high-quality textile solutions while protecting strict delivery timelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management & Sampling Execution Lead end-to-end textile product development from initial brief to presentation-ready samples Manage compressed timelines effectively and deliver fast-tracked sampling programmes Costing & Margin Optimisation Prepare and submit accurate, detailed costing sheets alongside sample deliveries Review factory quotations, assess raw material costs, and conduct multi-vendor pricing comparisons to maximize target profit margins Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with the Design team to source fabric samples, share material innovations, and leverage AI simulation tools Maintain a responsive workflow with the Project Management team through timely communication and on-time submission of required information to support client-facing deadlines Operational Excellence Manage day-to-day administrative, clerical, and project-tracking activities to ensure a smooth transition from concept development to final production JOB REQUIREMENTS Holder of a Degree or higher diploma in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related discipline is preferred 4-6 years of solid experience in textile product development, manufacturing logistics, apparel, or global procurement Experience in corporate gifting, hospitality, or travel/airline service sectors is highly preferred Strong understanding of textile structures, fabric compositions, manufacturing constraints, and international compliance standards Proven track record of independently managing, negotiating with, and expanding global supplier networks across Mainland China and South Asian manufacturing hubs Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Product Development Officer Exceptional negotiation, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills Highly resilient under pressure with a strong solution-focused approach when balancing multiple competing deadlines Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for costing analysis; familiarity with digital design or AI fabric simulation software is an asset Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Immediate availability is preferred Interested parties, please click APPLY NOW to submit your full resume with current and expected salary and availability to us.
