Job Description (JD) Develop and manage the social media live-streaming vehicle sales system , including live-stream strategy, scheduling, content planning, audience engagement, and sales conversion optimization. Coordinate with live hosts, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth and effective live-stream sessions. Analyze live-stream and social media performance data to continuously optimize sales scripts, product presentations, and promotional campaigns, improving customer engagement, conversion rates, and in-store visits. Develop and implement online marketing capability programs for dealers , providing training on social media platforms and e-commerce tools, while enhancing their ability to create localized content and acquire customers through digital channels. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless inventory management, logistics, and after-sales support, delivering an excellent customer purchasing experience. Monitor social commerce and new retail trends in Thailand , and explore innovative sales models for Yadea electric motorcycles across social media platforms to drive sustainable online business growth.
