Assistant Business Development Manager

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an advantage) At least 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Investment Analysis, or related fields Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 90 (or equivalent) is preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and teamwork abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Candidates with direct experience in a similar position will be given special consideration Key Responsibilities Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business opportunity assessments Analyze market trends and develop strategic business opportunities Coordinate and facilitate workflow among cross-functional departments Prepare feasibility studies, financial analyses, business valuations, and investment proposals Manage project implementation to ensure successful execution and achievement of business objectives Evaluate business opportunities, investment returns, and potential risks Support land acquisition and related business development activities Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and compare business performance across reporting periods Monitor business performance and recommend improvement strategies Prepare management reports and business presentations Perform other duties as assigned
