Job Summary The Logistics Accounting & Finance Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end AP, AR, and VAT processes, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and compliance with Thai accounting standards, while coordinating with internal teams, headquarters, customers, vendors, and external parties to support smooth and efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Operations Manage full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets Ensure accurate accounting entries and proper documentation at all times Billing & Receivables (AR) Issue invoices, debit/credit notes, and monitor customer aging Follow up on collections and perform account reconciliations Payables (AP) Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents Prepare payment schedules and process payments to vendors and agents Financial Reporting & Closing Perform month-end and year-end closing Prepare financial reports for management and HQ, including basic analysis Tax & Compliance Handle VAT, withholding tax (PND), and statutory filings Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards and local regulations Payroll & Claims Support Support payroll processing, staff claims, and statutory submissions (PND.1, SSO) Systems & Documentation Maintain accurate records in accounting/logistics systems and proper filing Coordination & Support Liaise with HQ, internal teams, customers, and external parties Support audits and ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience from freight forwarding or logistics industry. Experience with logistics systems (e.g. Sysfreight / logistics accounting systems) Solid knowledge of VAT processes and tax regulations in Thailand (VAT,WHT), particularly in logistics is a major plus. Good command of English & Thai (written & spoken) Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential HR information with integrity.
