Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall marketing communication of the company. Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies. Manage marketing activities and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders. Identify and explore promotional channels to reach new customer segments. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Build and manage relationships with business partners to create marketing opportunities and expand the customer base. Analyze marketing data, develop strategies, and establish KPIs aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Plan and oversee marketing communications across various channels, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and budget. Develop short-term and long-term marketing plans by analyzing market data, industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs. Prepare marketing reports and present findings and recommendations to management. Coordinate with local and international partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Work Experience With a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing. Strong understanding of online and offline marketing principles, strategies, and channels. Experience in the luxury furniture industry or a related premium/luxury sector, with a solid understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics. Skills & Attributes Excellent command of English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and marketing-related software and digital tools. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in managing, coaching, and developing team members. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively handle and resolve complex situations.
