The Role Support project governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and reporting processes Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations for senior stakeholders Coordinate project meetings, steering committees, and governance forums Ensure project documentation is maintained and complies with company and regulatory requirements Track project deliverable and follow up on action items to ensure successful execution Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline. 1+ year of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Business Analysis, or Project Management. Experience within Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking industries preferred. Knowledge of insurance products and operations, including Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Distribution or Customer Service.
