Role Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team and support hiring across a broad range of technology roles. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing on LinkedIn, screening, interviewing and engaging top technical talent while delivering a positive and seamless candidate experience. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand technical hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and drive effective recruitment strategies for critical technology positions. Responsibilities Source and attract top technology talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and direct outreach. Identify and engage candidates for a variety of technology roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and other technical functions. Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and alignment with Broadridge’s culture and role requirements. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical skill requirements, team structures, and business priorities in order to develop targeted recruiting strategies. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines of qualified technology candidates for both active and future hiring needs. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-demand technical skill sets. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, candidate status, market insights, and technology talent availability. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure an efficient recruitment process. Support interview coordination, feedback collection, and hiring decisions to ensure a smooth and timely process. Partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support recruitment initiatives that enhance candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, and improve engagement with top technology talent. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technology hiring. Proven experience sourcing and interviewing candidates for niche, technical roles such as software engineers, QA analysts, business analysts, infrastructure engineers, cloud professionals, cybersecurity specialists, or similar positions. Strong understanding of technology recruiting practices, technical terminology, and the technology talent market. Experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other talent search resources. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule We offer a hybrid structure that allows flexibility between working on-site and remotely, dependent upon role responsibilities. Workdays: Monday to Friday Work hours: Local working hours Work arrangement: Hybrid with 2x per week in-office days (Makati City)
