Graphic Designer

Responsibilities Design graphic materials for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels. Create marketing visuals to support advertising campaigns, lead generation, and condo sales. Design promotional materials to support real estate agency partners, such as banners, posters, promotion sheets, and social media content. Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand identity and visual direction. Adapt designs to suit each platform’s requirements (size, format, CI, platform guidelines). Stay up to date with social media design trends and audience behavior. Revise designs based on feedback and deliver work within deadlines. Organize and manage design files efficiently for team collaboration. Perform other related tasks as assigned. Qualifications * 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in social media or real estate content is a plus). Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or related software. Strong understanding of marketing-oriented design and social media visuals. Good sense of layout, typography, color, and branding. Able to handle feedback professionally and work under deadlines. Creative, proactive, and a strong team player. Basic to good English communication skills. High sense of responsibility and positive work attitude. Must be able to work in Pattaya.
