About the role We are seeking an Officer Operation (Italian Speaker) to join VFS (Thailand) Ltd. in Bangkok on a full-time basis. What you'll be doing Managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction Providing support in Italian language communications with clients, stakeholders and team members Assisting in the coordination and scheduling of appointments and service requests Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with operational procedures and compliance requirements Responding to client inquiries and resolving service-related issues in a timely and professional manner Supporting the preparation and organisation of operational materials and resources Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow and operational efficiency What we're looking for Fluent Italian language skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and documentation Professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach to service delivery Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment Apply Now If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, we encourage you to submit your application.
