Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Engagement Design, plan, and execute employee relations initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and foster positive relationships between employees and the organization. Support the implementation of Employee Engagement and Core Value programs in collaboration with the Organization Development (OD) team to reinforce the company’s culture and employee experience. Internal Communication Develop and maintain effective internal communication channels to ensure employees receive accurate, timely, and consistent information regarding HR policies, company regulations, and employee relations matters. Promote mutual understanding and transparent communication between the company and employees. Employee Regulations & Labor Compliance Review, develop, and maintain company work regulations to ensure compliance with the Labor Protection Act and Thai Labor Standards. Coordinate and oversee labor-related committees, including Welfare Committee and Safety Committee, while ensuring organizational compliance with labor regulations and minimizing non-compliance risks. Employee Investigation & Disciplinary Management Conduct employee investigations, prepare investigation reports and documentation, and recommend disciplinary actions based on company regulations and applicable labor laws. Ensure all investigations are handled fairly, objectively, and completed within agreed service levels (SLA). Employee Complaint & Conflict Resolution Manage employee complaints, grievances, and workplace conflicts through appropriate investigation and resolution processes. Follow up on corrective actions to ensure fair treatment, maintain positive employee relations, and minimize escalations to external authorities. Employee Relations Monitoring & Reporting Monitor and analyze employee relations trends, including complaints, disciplinary cases, turnover, absenteeism, and other employee-related issues. Prepare reports and provide insights to management, enabling proactive decision-making and early identification of potential labor relation risks. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with HR, Organization Development, management teams, and relevant stakeholders to implement employee relations initiatives, maintain positive workplace relationships, and ensure consistent application of company policies across all business locations, including headquarters, warehouse, and manufacturing sites. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication, Political Science, or a related field. Experience At least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Organizational Culture, or Human Resources, with proven exposure to labor relations management and employee engagement initiatives. Labor Law & HR Knowledge Strong knowledge of the Thai Labor Protection Act, labor regulations, Thai Labor Standards, employee relations practices, and HR management principles. Investigation & Conflict Resolution Experience in conducting employee investigations, handling disciplinary actions, resolving employee grievances, and ensuring fair and legally compliant employee relations practices. Analytical Skills Ability to analyze employee relations data, identify trends in complaints, turnover, absenteeism, and employee issues, and provide recommendations that support proactive workforce management. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, manage sensitive situations, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Critical Thinking & Judgment Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to make objective decisions while balancing employee concerns, business needs, and legal requirements.
