Head of Network Planning Management

Job Description Develop the company's medium and long-term logistics network strategy, including the planning of transit centers and transportation networks. Optimize the allocation of vehicles, facilities, and other operational resources to achieve maximum cost efficiency. Plan trunk and branch transportation routes, analyze route performance, and manage transportation costs. Design static routing, monitor transportation lead times, and continuously optimize both static and dynamic routing. Plan transit center layouts, transportation schedules, and dynamic route adjustments. Coordinate closely with other department and related teams to drive major operational initiatives. Build and lead the planning team, develop talent, and manage team performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management Major or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics network planning and transportation line/route planning or relevant experience. Excellent analytical cost management capability, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of transit center operations and cross-functional collaboration. Proven experience in team leadership and people management. Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
