Branch Operation and Administration Manager

Responsibilities : Supervise branch operation team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations with emphasis on quality banking services Assist the Branch Manager to achieve the designated business targets through active formulation and implementation of business plans Optimize workflow of the supervised business routine, so as to enhance operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness Negotiate, coordinate and work closely with relevant internal and external parties to enhance teamwork Develop long-term banking relationships with customers, identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, Handle customers’ complaints, monitor the service quality and strive for continuous improvement Monitor branch operation to ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, related banking ordinances, and other regulatory requirements Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management Requirements : Degree holder or above, with qualifications in IIQE & HKSI At least 5 years relevant experience in banking, in which at least 1 year management experience; Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills Sound knowledge of banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing If you are applying for in-scope position(s) under the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (i.e., A role carrying out regulated activities licensed by the IA, SFC & MPFA), you are required to undergo the Mandatory Reference Checking.
