AI Software Writer

Job Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and maintain software applications and AI-integrated solutions • Build automation systems, chatbots, and AI-powered tools to support business operations • Integrate AI technologies and APIs such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms when required • Collaborate with internal departments on digital innovation and system enhancement projects • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system performance and functionality • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, software development trends, and industry advancements Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field • Relevant working experience in software development, system development, automation systems, or related field will be an added advantage • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java • Basic understanding or exposure to AI technologies, automation tools, or Generative AI platforms will be an added advantage • Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred. • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: • Experience in chatbot, automation, or AI-related application development • Knowledge of AI integration tools or modern software technologies • Strong interest in digital innovation and emerging technologies • Familiarity with AI agents, LLM-powered tools, or Generative AI applications would be an advantage • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders would be an added advantage
