We're looking for a commercially driven manager to help launch new products with partners and grow adoption among our dealer network. 1 x Partnership & Product Growth, Sr. Executive 1 x Partnership & Product Growth, Manager Key Responsibilities Build partnerships with banks, insurers, financial institutions, and automotive service providers. Identify new business opportunities and bring valuable products to our dealer ecosystem. Work with partners and internal teams to launch new products and services. Coordinate with IT teams to turn business requirements into working solutions. Drive product adoption and usage among used car dealers. Gather dealer feedback and improve products, processes, and customer experience. Monitor product performance, revenue, and partner outcomes. Lead and coach a small team to deliver business growth. Requirements A recognized Degree/Diploma. 5-7 years' experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Product, Fintech, Automotive, Marketplace, or Digital Platforms. Strong partnership-building and negotiation skills. Experience launching products or services and driving customer adoption. Comfortable working with digital products, user journeys, workflows, and basic API concepts. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
