Business Strategy Manager

Responsibilities : Develop the long-term & short-term business strategies for Personal Banking sector. Implement the strategies among corresponding business units to ensure the achievement of overall objectives. Conduct analysis and prepare relevant reports for management's review. Review polices and procedures regularly Coordinate the corporate governance issues and relevant matters with affiliated entities. Perform due diligence for project proposals and documents, monitor the cost usage and conduct self-inspections exercise. Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned. Requirement : Degree holder or above majoring in Business Administration/Finance/ Economics/ Statistic/ Marketing or related disciplines. 3 years’ or above relevant experience in banking sector. Strong analytical skills and critical mindset. Be a good team player, self-motivated, energetic and able to work under pressure. Good communication and presentation skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua will be a plus. Proficient in MS office application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
