Responsibilities: Perform collection activities to recover outstanding payments from overdue accounts. Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to remind them of overdue balances. Negotiate with customers to establish realistic and mutually acceptable repayment plans. Handle enquiries from customers professionally regarding their account status, billing, and payment arrangements. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all collection actions and communications in the system. Review credit profiles and payment histories to assist in identifying potential bad debts and credit risks Requirement: Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing skills.
