Responsibilities: Assist with the management, updating, and daily operation of Job Advertisements on the Malaysian Bar website. Serve as primary backup for administrative tasks and official circular distribution/sending. Provide basic IT troubleshooting and front-line technical support for staff office equipment and software. Handle general IT department administrative paperwork, including purchasing requisitions, procurement support, and ISO documentation compliance. Qualification and Requirements: Minimum SPM and above. At least 1 year working experience in IT field. Basic working knowledge of HTML coding and web page maintenance; Familiarity with website portal administration; Proficiency with basic image editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Canva); Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken; Work independently with high level of accuracy and attention to details; Good team player with ability to organise and manage time effectively. The successful candidate can expect a competitive remuneration package based on his/her qualifications and level of experience.
