Joining a small and highly visible Operations team, you'll be trusted with key business processes while helping shape how they evolve through automation, AI, and continuous improvement. About the Role | Mō te Tūranga This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, data, and business improvement. You'll manage critical operational processes while identifying smarter ways of working. As Kōura continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to challenge manual processes, support automation initiatives, and contribute to a more scalable and efficient operating model. You'll gain exposure across the business, working with a range of stakeholders while developing a broad understanding of how a modern wealth management organisation operates.
