Role Summary This is a 100% remote, contract-based position for an experienced business development professional with an established corporate network. You will operate independently to introduce our company's training solutions to HR leaders, L&D heads, and Chief Sales Officer executives across Asia, backed by an uncapped, highly lucrative commission and On-Target-Earnings (OTE) structure. Key Responsibilities Drive Enterprise Sales: Cultivate, pitch, and close high-value corporate training workshop contracts with enterprise clients across target Asian markets. Execute Sales Strategies: Design and deploy proven business development strategies, market entry blueprints, and outreach execution plans tailored for corporate decision-makers. Leverage Network: Actively re-engage your existing network of Corporate Sales Heads, HR directors, Learning & Development (L&D) managers, and corporate buyers to accelerate sales cycles. End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle independently, from initial strategic outreach and capability presentations to proposal customization and final contract closure. Brand Representation: Position our boutique consultancy as a solid & practical learning partner through relationship & value-driven consultative selling. Requirements & Qualifications Industry Network: An active, verified network of corporate training buyers, HR professionals, or enterprise clients within Asia. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in selling B2B services, executive education, or corporate training workshops with clear execution methodologies. Language Proficiency: Advanced, professional English communication skills (written and spoken) and additional Asian language. Autonomous Work Ethic: Highly disciplined self-starter with the ability to manage your pipeline, set your own schedule, and deliver results in a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) environment.
