Systems Analyst / IT Officer (Application development, over $50K)

Key Responsibilities Oversee outsourcing contractors conducting feasibility studies and computer audits for Electronic Poll Register (EPR) development; coordinate end-to-end application development and system testing. Design, support, and maintain critical internal systems to streamline operational setup processes. Plan and execute comprehensive IT and security audits to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and resilience of election technology systems. Manage the full lifecycle procurement process for IT hardware, software, and third-party technical services. Perform additional technical duties and deliver special ad-hoc projects as directed by management. Requirements Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in system implementation, maintenance, and operational support. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT application development/management, with strong proficiency in SQL / MSSQL . Minimum 2 years of practical experience in PHP and web programming technologies. Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Information System (IS) studies, managing IT security protocols, and utilizing project management/issue-tracking platforms (e.g., Jira). Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
